Arlene serves as the Practice Manager at Ghavami Plastic Surgery, bringing more than 30 years of experience in healthcare and over 20 years of leadership in medical practice management.
With a passion for creating exceptional patient experiences, Arlene oversees the practice’s daily operations, ensuring every aspect of the patient journey is seamless, compassionate, and personalized. Her extensive background in healthcare administration, team leadership, and practice operations allows her to support both patients and staff while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Over the past four years at Ghavami Plastic Surgery, Arlene has dedicated herself to fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey. She believes that outstanding patient care begins with trust, communication, and a commitment to service.
Outside of the practice, Arlene is a proud grandmother of two who enjoys spending time with her family, hiking scenic trails, and traveling to new destinations. Her warm, approachable nature and decades of healthcare experience make her an invaluable part of the Ghavami Plastic Surgery team.
Nancy Fagoaga
Patient Care Consultant
With more than 16 years of experience in the medical field, Nancy has built a career centered on exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and practice growth. For the past 15 years, she has specialized in the plastic surgery industry, developing extensive expertise in aesthetics, patient experience, practice management, and strategic business development.
Her background includes over 15 years of leadership in sales and management, where she has successfully built and mentored high-performing teams, fostered lasting patient relationships, and consistently contributed to the growth and success of leading aesthetic practices. She is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience while implementing innovative strategies that enhance both clinical excellence and long-term practice success.
For the past nine years, Nancy has worked alongside Dr. Ghavami, playing an integral role in the practice’s continued growth and reputation. Her commitment to professionalism, innovation, and personalized patient care has made her a valued leader and trusted resource for both patients and colleagues. She is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels supported, informed, and confident throughout their aesthetic journey.
Anna Tigranyan BSN, RN
Aesthetic Registered Nurse
Anna is an Aesthetic Registered Nurse specializing in advanced facial balancing, injectables, regenerative aesthetics, and laser and energy-based rejuvenation.
With an eye for facial harmony and a philosophy rooted in natural-looking results, Anna approaches each patient with a comprehensive, individualized perspective. Her treatment plans are thoughtfully designed to enhance each patient’s unique features while supporting skin quality, balance, and long-term aesthetic goals.
Anna brings experience across a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory treatments, PRP/PRF, microneedling, and advanced laser and energy-based technologies. She is also currently pursuing her MSN-FNP and remains committed to continuing education and advanced training in aesthetic medicine.
Beyond her technical expertise, Anna is passionate about building meaningful relationships with her patients. She believes exceptional aesthetic care begins with listening, education, and trust—creating an experience where every patient feels understood, confident, and cared for.

Working seamlessly together, Kristine and Kat have been an integral part of Dr. Ghavami’s practice for several years. With extensive experience in plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine, they bring a wealth of knowledge, skill, and compassion to every patient interaction.
As Dr. Ghavami’s trusted right hand, Kristine and Kat play an essential role in assisting with procedures, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, and helping create a comfortable and personalized experience from consultation through recovery. With over a year at Ghavami Plastic Surgery and previous experience in both plastic surgery and medical aesthetics, Hhala and Naomi bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to every interaction.
Having worked in the aesthetic industry, they understand the patient journey firsthand and are passionate about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and well-informed throughout every step of their experience. Whether answering questions about treatments, assisting with scheduling, coordinating appointments, or providing guidance before and after visits, they are committed to delivering exceptional service with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.
