Female in her thirties. Lower lid blepharoplasty (eyelid rejuvenation) with ORL (orbicularis retaining ligament) release, lower lid fat pedicle fixation, canthopexy (tightening the corner of the eyelid so it does not droop after surgery), and fat transfer to cheeks (malar) were performed. This allowed for a smooth blending of the lower eyelid and cheek junction while restoring youthful volume to her face.
