Classic Middle Eastern Rhinoplasty patient. Teenage rhinoplasty with reduction of large dorsal hump (worsened with smiling) and wide. Boxy tip with crooked bridge and tip. Asymmetry corrected and profile curve is subtle and natural. Patient did no want major profile change or curvature to be created. Customized to patient desires!
