Major African-American rhinoplasty maneuvers needed. Diced cartilage fascia graft (DCFG) ws used to augment the bridge while narrowing it. Septal cartilage used to lengthen the nostril rims (alae) and the whole nose itself. Excessive pre-op nostril show is now reduced. Chin also narrowed.
