Revision rhinoplasty which required diced cartilage fascia grafting to bridge. Pre-op she had a very artificial and imbalanced nasal shape. Nostrils reduced and made more symmetric with major structural grafting to the alar rims and tip. Complete reshaping required. Post-op nose is softer and more natural.
