Revision rhinoplasty in which previously cartilages were cut and destroyed with a technique known as the "Goldman Tip." Cartilage restored and strengthened with grafts. Post-op shape is subtle, natural, and does not appear like a rhinoplasty was performed, let alone two rhinoplasties!
