Revision rhinoplasty in a patient with severe tip deformities and asymmetries. Nose was de-constructed and then rebuilt back up with support and shaping cartilage grafts as well as shaping sutures to create harmony and flow. She desired a dramatic curve to the profile line, which was delivered and is in harmony with her ethnicity.
