Caucasian rhinoplasty demonstrates refinement and softness to a nose that had exaggerated features to it pre-op. The tip is custom shaped and blends with the bridge which is narrowed straightened and reduced. Although makeup is applied to the face post-op, focus on the nose shape shows the major improvements.
