Dr.Ghavami (&Staff)

Words can’t begin to describe my appreciation for each of you. This journey for me has been a long one-a search for the right doctor to bring my dreams to fruition.

Initially it was Dr. Ghavami’s impeccable work that brought me to his wonderful office in Beverly Hills. But in the end, it was his undeniable display of integrity, honesty and compassion that out my money and my well-being into his hands. He treats his “craft” not as “work”, but as art. A gift that he respects and honors, and each of his patients as individuals. Never did I feel as if I was in the wrong hands. There are many doctors in the city who can do “good” work, but there are very few, who can do great work. Dr. Ghavami is a modern day Picasso, operating not from ego, nor greed, but from true passion and love.

My rhinoplasty and breast augmentation came out wonderfully. He not only gave me that I wanted, but he gave me more than I could have dreamed of. Natural, individual and beautiful.

I am greatly indebted to he and his staff, (Lindsey and Jocelyn) and no amount of money could repay them for that gift.

Anyone considering cosmetic surgerydeserves to meet this man. Again, thank you guys for always being kind, understanding and friends. You have a lifelong supporter in me! Much Love, M

Visited for filler, first let me say how beautiful this office is! The staff was very friendly and funny. Very very happy with my filler, Lena is amazing at what she does. Will definitely be back!

This is a long overdue review for Dr Ghavami. He performed a revision rhinoplasty on me years ago and he did an amazing job. My case was not at all easy, it was truly a disaster that I put in front of him and somehow he made my nose look amazing. years later I am still happy with the results. I was shocked to see some of the negative reviews on here because people clearly have unrealistic expectations they put on their surgeons. A doctor does not have a photoshop tool that can give you a nose from a person you see on Instagram. Doctors are not God, they cannot just wave a wand and your perfectly imagined nose just appears instantly on your face. Nose surgeries are very complex, and final results have many factors involved, including your skin thickness, and your starting point. Dr Ghavami didn’t give me the nose I had imagined in my mind which actually wouldn’t have fit my face anyways. But what he did give me was a beautiful nose that I don’t feel embarrassed to take pictures of anymore. I looked at my before photos recently and that’s why I’m here, leaving him this review. Look at your before photos. Did you go into this with realistic expectations and do you have an improvement? Plastic surgery will not give you a psychological makeover, and it will not make you a happy person. If that’s why you are getting it, then you are setting yourself up for failure. I’m very grateful I had him do my nose job and yes it was expensive and yes sometimes I had to wait over my apt time to see him. That’s how it goes in the medical field. Doctors have tons of patients and surgeries etc etc. So have some empathy for their lives and schedules too. They will get to you when they can. Dr g if your reading this, I really appreciate you and your skills, you operated on me back when rose was your coordinator. I’m sure you’re even better now and I just want to send a virtual hug to you because you do have so many happy patients who appreciate all you do!

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Ghavami. I am three months post op and I could not be happier with my results both aesthetically and functionally. I can breathe better, breathe deeper, and my confidence has soared. Gabrielle at the front desk eased my anxiety for every appointment with her calm demeanor and kind smile. My nurse, Kat, was beyond fantastic in her beside manor and positive attitude. Even when I was swollen and tired post surgery Kat made me laugh and put me in a better mood. I highly recommend Dr. Ghavami and place my full trust in him and his entire team.

I had BBL and ClearSilk with Lena, and I HIGHLY recommend her. I’ve tried the same types of lasers with three different providers from other practices, and what she accomplished in one session was more effective than 3-plus times with the others. She also is a ray of sunshine, kind and personable, and has every patient’s best interest at heart. She will go above and beyond to get her patients (including me) top-notch results.

Amazing experience

One week post up and feeling great. Loving my results already. Dr. Ghavami is professional and extremely talented. The best of the best! Nancy is a wonderful patient coordinator and Kat is an amazing nurse who assisted with all of my pre and post op care. Marisa the esthetician is also amazing. I would highly recommend!

He is more than just like a regular Dr. to me. He explains everything in detail and always answers all your questions. I would recommend him to all my friends and if I was to get surgery done I will have to come back to him. Dr. Ghavami, thank you for everything. Take care.

Lena has turned my skin around entirely! I’ve suffered from adult acne and adult acne scars for years. Lena created a personalized plan for me of laser therapies and my skin has seen vast improvements where I get compliments on my skin all the time. I’ve never been happier with the results. Not only is Lena sweet and accommodating but she also gives me attention during my appointments where I feel prioritized.

I have been seeing Lena for almost a year and she has worked wonders on my skin and facial symmetry. She is knowledgeable, extremely skilled, and has a super gentle touch. She will NEVER let me go overboard with Botox or filler (even if I beg!) and does everything possible to ensure a natural & youthful look. She takes her time, I never feel rushed when she’s consulting with me or working on my face. She follows up over the next few weeks to make sure I’m happy with my results and I feel safe sharing my feedback & discussing any future tweaks and goals. First and foremost I would trust no other doctor except Dr Ghavami. He is way ahead of his time with his technique and his artist eye for what looks best on you is like nothing I have ever seen before. I have had surgical procedures and used aesthetic office and with both experiences I was not disappointed. During my surgical procedure the office was always there to help and always alleviated my concerns. You don’t realize that as much as you want the best doctor to preform surgery on you, equally you want the after care to be on point just as much. Ghavami and his office did not disappoint.

I have also used many times his aesthetic office which only utilizes the newest lasers and techniques to achieve your results quick. I have seen Lena many times and she is very realistic with the outcome and knows her stuff inside and out. When I have had concerns and questions here as well, Lena and the office have always responded promptly.

Not sure where all these bad reviews are coming from. But I am a REAL patient, and I had one of those noses that would appear as ‘impossible’ to fix… but DR GHAVAMI fixed it. Literally my nose was sooo ugly and I had breathing problems from a previous rhinoplasty. This was my FOURTH rhinoplasty attempt and now my nose is FINALLY fixed. (I had my surgery on the 19th of August) I am THANKFUL for the careful and genuine effort he put into fixing my very very complicated nose. I love my results so far and I’m still swollen. I’ll even add pictures to this review once I’m a little more healed up. Side note: Everyone at his office was also very warm and welcoming, I developed heartwarming relationships with the girlies within only the few days I was there. Nancy was amazing, of course, and the nurse who cleaned my nose each time I came in was super fun and sweet, very gentle and steady handed.

Dr. Neil is the best! I was referred to Dr. Ashkan Ghavami by the #1 Plastic Surgeon in Beverly Hills: Dr. Garth Fisher. His Receptionist said they were completely booked and not taking new patients but referred me to Dr. Ghavami (a friend) who is so well known like Dr. Fisher he had a 2 year wait. By some miracle the Receptionist offered an appointment with a new Dr. in the Office: Dr. Neil (Saint!) He did a procedure on my face and the results were two fold: helped me with a problem I had dramatically and introduced me to a new cutting edge technique that makes your skin look incredibly smooth without surgery or Botox. Making sure I see Dr. Neil in 2024 (if I can get in!) Truly the Kindest and Best!

I just got home from non-surgical face rejuvenation procedures with Ashkan Ghavami, MD. I look easily 15 years younger. He is a fantastic doctor, not even kidding. When I arrived, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and a warm, pleasant attitude. The staff escorted me to my procedure room and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Ghavami walked in, looked me over, and asked me what I thought my problem areas were, then suggested a plan of action, shared what to expect, and even asked me what my worries were. He spent time with me and made me feel comfortable. Then Dr. Vranis, another one of the doctors, stopped in and chatted with Dr. Ghavami and me. I can’t leave out the staff, Lena, Jessica, and others, who are so professional and kind. I had a team of people caring for me at every turn. They took their time and answered all of my questions. I admit I am 58 and have gone to other doctors in the past; however, I am never going anywhere else. This is such a professional medical practice. Excellent is the only word that fits. You Rock Doc!

Dr. Ghavami is such an incredibly skilled surgeon. I just had a rhinoplasty about 2 weeks ago, and although the swelling is still there, I can already tell he listened to every detail of what I wanted my nose to look like. However, surgery aside, he is an absolutely incredible person & is so unbelievably caring. I am SO happy with my decision to choose him as my surgeon. Worth the wait and definitely worth the money. Where do I even begin…
I had my rhinoplasty on July 27th, 2022. It’s been my dream, but I was too scared of the surgery itself. It took me 10 years to finally make a decision to get my nose done. I’ve researched different surgeons and when I saw Dr. Ghavami’s works on instagram, I knew that he would be my surgeon. My consultation went great and I loved how honest and knowledgeable Dr. Ghavami was, he explained me everyting I needed to know. I trusted his professional opinion and scheduled my surgery right away. My surgery went even better than I expected! Everyone was very professional and supportive.
Dr. Ghavami works with amazing staff! The anesthesiologist did a great job and I don’t even remember how I fell asleep. My surgery went smoothly. The recovery went very well, a few bruises and some swelling, nothing scary, no major pain. I actually enjoyed it 🙂 Some time to relax 🙂 You just have to be careful and follow all the instructions.
It’s been 6 months since my rhinoplasty, and the results are spectacular. My diamond shaped nose looks natural, very cute and proportional. I still look like myself, I can breathe and smell.

The one star reviews here are not reflective of Dr. Ashkan Ghavami. I had a Virtual Zoom consult with him for a revision rhinoplasty a few years ago and he was actually very humble. He mentioned that there are lots of good rhinoplasty surgeons out there and was not acting narcissistic at all. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and gave me confidence he could get the results I was looking for. Yes, his prices are high, but that is to be expected in Beverly Hills. He has a lot of very rich and famous people who want his services so it is just a case of supply and demand. No one if forcing you to go to him if it is out of your price range.

I ended up canceling the procedure because of some bad investments at the time. I lost most of the money I was going to use for it. Having said that, I would definitely feel very comfortable going to Dr. Ashkan Ghavami if I had the money for it. He is very talented and I would have total faith in his abilities.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience of having a tummy tuck and Lipo by Dr. Ghavami. It took me 28 years to get the nerve to do this. I was terrified at first. Nicole helped me through the beginning steps with very experienced information and guidance. On the day of surgery Dr. Ghavami made me feel very calm and I felt I was in good hands, even while he was drawing on my tummy. After the surgery he was very pleased with the results and gave me all good news of finally having a flat belly again and a cute belly button. The after care and appointments were great. Recently I underwent several cosmetic procedures under the skillful hands of Dr Ashkan Ghavami; and I just want to let everyone know just how pleased I am with the high level of service that I received from Dr Ghavami and my surgical consultant, Marissa Robles.

I am so pleased that I am moved to write this unsolicited testimony regarding my experience. Although I always read and consider customer reviews for products and services that I consider; I don’t usually write reviews. However, I really appreciate that Dr Ghavami did exactly what he said he would do. That is a lost art in today’s society. The results of the artistic work that Dr Ghavami did for me are beyond my expectations. It should be noted that at only three weeks out of surgery, long before the final outcome will be fully appreciated, I am completely ecstatic over the beautiful silhouette that Dr Ghavami sculpted on my body through a tummy tuck and flank lipo procedure. I have had almost no pain from this procedure and the tummy tuck scar is very well positioned.

I also had a rhinoplasty with ear and scalp grafting. If you do your research, and most people do, you already know that Dr Ghavami is one of the best when it comes to ethnic rhinoplasty. This is important unless you want to look cookie cutter. Enough said on that! Just do your research and you won’t regret it when you choose Dr Ghavami.

The final procedure that I had with Dr Ghavami was a chin implant to compliment the rhinoplasty. Every day is a major step forward in the healing process. Once again, I can already see such an improvement; and I have no doubt that the final result will be exactly what I want. After two weeks, I returned to work. My coworkers are already commenting on how good I look and they don’t have a clue as to the work that’s been done on me.

I also want to mention that my surgery consultant Marissa Robles was fantastic! She was kind, patient and calming. She recommended several recovery centers; and I am glad I listened to her. She even spent time with me during my pre-surgery consult. She really helped to personalize the whole process. Here’s one for the books, because you certainly don’t see this everyday – When I didn’t feel up to returning to Dr Ghavami’ office the day following my surgery; Dr Ghavami came to see me at the recovery center. I think a recovery center should be mandatory, but it’s not. Even if you don’t choose to go to a recovery center, I recommend you choose Dr Ghavami. You’ll be happy you did.

I chose to have the Flash Recovery Breast Augmentation® from Dr. Ghavami and it was the best decision that I could have made for myself. As a mother of two young children I can’t take any time off to heal and with Dr. Ghavami I did not have to. The procedure took only 26 minutes and I even went to dinner the same evening. The procedure was not painful at all, the first couple of days I just felt a tightness. I slept through the night without any discomfort. Dr. Ghavami prescribed Ibuprofen, but I felt well enough that I chose not to take it. I was able to return to my daily life, take my child to preschool, go to work and be with my one year old as well. I have so much more confidence and feel great about the way I look after my surgery.

I considered a Rhinoplasty for almost 20 years before I finally decided on Dr. Ghavami, Dr. Ghavami and his staff made me feel very comfortable. They took their time in answering questions and were always very courteous.

Absolutely brilliant, genius and very caring Doctor. His staff is lovely, helpful and also very caring. I trust Dr Ghavami with my beauty and my life. I’ll never see anyone else. I love Dr.Ghavami and his whole team. I was always super insecure about my nose and he did my nose job. I love the results. I did this surgery with him in December and I have already seen the most amazing results. My mass swelling and bruising went down within the first 2 weeks and overall love them and their team. I have to say that it feels a little strange leaving a review for a surgeon on Google, but I know how difficult it is to find a surgeon, so I believe the more information on the internet, the better. I have read a lot of the reviews here about Dr. Ghavami and on a few other sites. I understand people’s issues and frustrations with the office, but to those reading this – let me ask you one question, What do you hope to get out of your procedure? I went for Rhinoplasty. My nose was big and I asked for button. No easy feat. And to say I’m fussy, is to put it mildly. I kept telling myself, “You’re never gonna be 100% happy. You’re not gonna *love* it, but it’ll be an improvement.” That is what I told myself for months before the surgery. I’m now 4 months post-surgery and I look F*ing amazing! When the cast came off, I just cried. I’ve never been happier in my life. I saw someone I hadn’t seen in a year and she was like, “You look great. Did you get a haircut?” Not for a year actually. She just couldn’t tell that my nose was done because even though it’s way smaller now, it in no way looks like I had surgery a few months ago.

So, yeah, the office is very busy. It is hard to get an appointment and sometimes you have to wait longer than you want to. But the girls in the office are kind and patient. Mirna, the nurse, is a Godsend and the Doctor is an artist and just a really good guy. So, again, what do you want out of your procedure? If you wanna to look good, if you wanna feel great – go see Ghavami.

I went in for neck, jaw and chin lipo & fat transfer after I saw Instagram’s OnTheLoh (Lauren❤️). Her snatched face looks amazing so I felt comfortable having Dr. Ghavami doing my procedure out of the long list of plastic surgeons there is to choose from and love my end result

I was so nervous going into my surgery (I had an SCurve) but coming out I have never felt better about myself. Dr. Ghavami and his team were life changing, literally. The one second after I took my garment off to shower the first time and saw the results in the mirror still swollen, made the whole thing priceless. That being said though, you really do get what you pay for. He is the best, and I will never trust anyone else again.

My entire experience from the booking to communicating with the wonderful Chammy through my entire process has been Great!
I met with Dr.Ghavami who listened to what I desired for myself along with offering some suggestions that was needed to make me look and feel my best (I am glad I took his advice). I was properly informed about what to expect before and after surgery which means a lot to me.
It elevated any stress or concerns that may come up before and after surgery. There was a wonderful funny young lady who took my cast off my nose, She made me feel very comfortable and prepared me for what I may feel. Afterward ,Dr. Ghavami came in to speak with me along with Chammy. They were my personal hype team( the hype was real)You could see results immediately after the cast was removed.
I would just like to say I had no pain afterward. I did not need any anxiety medicine or pain pills. Call me Wonder Woman if you must😊.

Dr. Ghavami is a true artist, he gave me the perfect button nose I’ve always wanted! He performed my rhinoplasty and there was no pain whatsoever during the recovery process. He also performed my buccal fat pad reduction a couple of weeks ago and already my cheeks are looking beautifully contoured! I have nothing but great things to say about him and his work. My overall experience has been exceptional with his one-stop shop for that perfect red-carpet look.

I had my revision rhino in June and I finally got the shape and size that I wanted. I also got fat transfer under my eyes and chin to fill some of the hollowness and no one can tell any work has been done. I look natural with subtle changes. Can’t wait for my swelling to go down to see the final results of my nose. One of the best doctor visits I had in a long time. I usually hate going to any type of doctor because sometimes they make me feel uncomfortable. A client of Dr. Ghavami since 2016. I haven’t met nicer stuff, and he is simply the best I know, Dr. Ghavami is creating art out of human bodies like a sculptor and you can never tell what was done.
Even when I came for the first time, I got a facial, he took time to come meet me, and gave instructions to his stuff. I brought many friends to his office – his stuff was always responsive in a seconds via personal messages to help organizing these meetings due to travel plans. I am an international client myself. First thing Dr. did when I came – he welcomed me personally because of that. $500 is for consultation and it’s being used for a procedure, if you move forward. It’s simply used by any good surgeon to save their time when people aren’t sure yet, just browsing.

I came from the bay area and on Dec 1, 2010. Dr Ghavami did a breast augmentation, now my breast are symmetrical. Today is Dec 2, 2010 and I’m more than happy with my results. So far Dr. Ghavami’s Quick Recovery is very efficient. Dr. Ghavami and staff made my experience very comfortable. I will definitely refer my friends and family in the bay area to Dr. Ghavami. I chose Dr. Ghavami after years of contemplating, researching, and really wanting to do the surgery.
I met with him to discuss what I wanted. He let me know what was possible and what wasn’t. I really appreciate that he told me this. Overall my surgery went well. Its been a couple of years now and I still love the work. I did go back to request a tweak and he worked with me saying he’d try and also letting me know the complications.
Once I got back to my daily routine, people would look at me a second longer complimenting me. It really “kept them guessing”. Communication is very important! It is important to really go over everything and listen to the physician clearly. Also let your fears be known, ask all possible questions and good luck!

I had a PRP Facial Done and love it!! The results in just 3 days were incredible. The staff and Dr were so nice and asked several times about my comfort level. The office is beautiful, I highly sugggest this facial and this office.

I initially met Dr.Ghavami and his team in March of 2017 for my revision rhinoplasty consultation and I knew immediately he was the only person I would trust for the job. It has now been over a year since the operation and I still feel like he was the only person who would have been able to help me. I was treated well throughout the whole two years, having all my questions answered, several follow up appointments with aftercare treatments, and I’m actually sad that it’s all over! In my eyes Dr. Ghavami really is magic, and I will alway appreciate him and his team for changing my life since the day we met. My nose was so bad, I really didn’t know there was hope for me, but it turned out better than I could have imagined. Thank you Dr. G, Chammy, and the rest of your team.

You will feel very safe in the hands of Dr. Ghavami! He is not only board certified but lectures at colleges over his procedures, and has written books on plastic surgery. People commonly don’t do their research and end up with a surgeon that isn’t focused on detail / has no real idea or knowledge of what they’re doing (sometimes they’re not even board certified). He’s not very cheap, but I believe plastic surgery is one thing that you should NOT bargain shop for, and he is worth every cent! If you go the cheaper route, typically you will not get what you want and have to pay again to re-do the surgery and endure the pain of post-op all over again, DO NOT GO FOR CHEAP! He did my rhinoplasty and he listened to all of my wants and needs. I told him I didn’t want a nose that looked too pinched or fake, showed him pictures of what I liked, and he was able to give me the nose I had been dying to have since I was younger! I feel so much more confident now and most people have no idea that i’ve gotten a nose job!! He also did extensive work on my deviated septum that took a lot of time and patience. They send you home with a full folder of how to care for yourself after surgery, psychologically what you’ll go through during post-op to help with anxiety you may have (helped me a lot), a quick follow up to make sure everything is healing properly, and the promise to fix anything that has gone wrong after the year it takes to fully heal(the healing time ranges on different procedures). I am going back for another procedure soon because he is the ONLY one I trust to give me great results but most importantly a NATURAL looking result. Keep them guessing 🙂

Dr. Ghavami is an artist. There are some plastic surgeons who enter the field for the wrong reasons. But Dr. Ghavami is one of the few surgeons that deserve to be where they are because of the talent they possess. I did a lot of research before choosing a surgeon, and his work stood out from all of the rest. Many surgeons provide a one-size-fits-all type of look, but Dr. Ghavami understands that each patient is different and therefore require different considerations and will have different final products. He was very attentive to my concerns and made observations about the balance of my nose that even I didn’t realize, which shows that he has a great eye and is perfect for this field. I also did the Brazilian Butt Lift with Dr. Ghavami ( this is also one of his expertise ) Very nice and curvy, but not overdone. KEEP THEM GUESSING ;)) Also, Dr. Ghavami makes sure that he puts his best effort into each case, which shows in his results. He spent an extra 1.5 hours in the operating room while performing my case because he did not want my results to be anything less than exactly what I wanted. In addition, his staff and office were wonderful. Especially Sadaf. She helped me feel comfortable from the very beginning and throughout the whole time before and after. Very sweet, kind, helpful and professional. At every appointment I had, Sadaf was attentive to my questions and concerns, and made my comfort a priority. Working in healthcare over 10 yeas I have worked with many doctors, nurses and anesthesiologist. It has been a year and a half since my Tummy Tuck surgery and I feel as though it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I am a cosmetic nurse from South Carolina with a precision eye for aesthetics. Having worked in the beauty industry for 12 years, I’ve seen a lot of work performed by local plastic surgeons in my area. And while my tummy was by far not the greatest looking, especially after 2 kids, I wasn’t ready to trade what I had for the results I was seeing. I researched plastic surgeons all over the US bc I wasn’t going to “bargain shop” for my body and wellbeing. After having several in person consults I found Dr. Ghavami. His over the phone consult blew all of the others out of the water. I knew he was the one. He’s brilliant and so is his assistant, Sadaf Azimi who was my personal consultant. Sadaf helped me every step of the way. Surgery went well but I had a complication and my incision popped open in 3 places (no fault of the doc). I flew back to LA where they treated me amazing! I just had my 1 year follow up with beautiful scar revision and a bonus… I got a chin augmentation with filler! And I love it! I have recommended anyone who wants to have a procedure to go see him. Dr Ghavami is the best! I trusted him with all my facial feminization surgeries. When I first started my transition from male to female I was scared and excited! I went in with a long dramatic list of everything I wanted to look more feminine. After telling him everything I wanted he asked me the most important question a doctor could ask. Do you want to look like a natural woman or a woman who has a bunch of work done? He advised me to not get a bunch of facial implants but to let him do what he does best by making me look naturally beautiful. Instead of implants he did fat transfer to my cheeks and chin. His rhinoplasty was perfection and he recently contoured my neck with lipo. He didn’t just do what I asked, instead he did what would make me look like a natural woman. I trust this man with my life. He does everything for me now! Lip lift, fillers and Botox! All done to prevent aging and keep my face looking youthful and feminine! Oh and his entire team is so kind and respectful! It has been a little over a year since my surgery and I wish I could find the words to express my gratitude. Dr. G did not change my “look”, but returned/enhanced (and improved with skill that I believe HE only possesses) a youthful and feminine appearance that I had lost over the years. He also I was told by my friends and family brought back an exotic look I had in my younger years. (I have always thought of myself as a plain jane type of girl/woman – so hearing all these compliments – well that was a huge confidence builder)

My consultation with Dr. G was very informative and enlightening, he listened to my concerns, and presented all my options with genuine care, sensitivity and honesty.
